These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") govern the relationship between slotwin24 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "the Member", "you" or "your") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise makes use of the online gaming platform operated at https://slotwin24.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform").

By completing the registration process on the Platform, by depositing funds, or by placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual member account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds credited to a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive awarded by the Company to a Member pursuant to an active promotion.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real funds by a Member into their Account using an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process the Company undertakes to confirm a Member's identity and eligibility.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile interface, applications and all associated services operated by slotwin24 at https://slotwin24.cam.
• "Services" means all gaming products, betting markets, promotional offers, customer support and ancillary services made available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Withdrawal" means a request by a Member to transfer funds from their Account Balance to an external payment instrument registered in their name.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on slotwin24, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your membership:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and for the duration of your Account's existence.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or from any other online gambling platform where such exclusion is recognised by the Company.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.
• You have full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into this Agreement.
• You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves risk of financial loss and you are participating voluntarily with funds you can afford to commit.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You undertake to update this information promptly whenever it changes.

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, nor allow any third party to access or use your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials shall be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you shall bear full responsibility for such activity.

4.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify slotwin24 immediately via our 24/7 live chat support or by contacting [email protected]. The Company will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the Account. The Company cannot guarantee the recovery of any funds lost as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

The Company may, at any time, require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, activating bonuses, or at the Company's discretion for account security purposes. Standard documents requested include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, proof of residential address dated within three months, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.

slotwin24 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, Visa and Mastercard, as well as cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposit funds are generally credited to the Account within seconds for e-wallet and FPX transactions. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• The Company reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where it suspects fraudulent activity or where the deposit does not comply with these Terms.
• The Company does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges for which the Company bears no responsibility.

5.2 Currency

All Account Balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. The Company is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.

Members may request withdrawals of real-money Account Balances at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed via the payment methods registered to the Member's Account.

6.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically processed within five minutes of request approval.
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): typically five to fifteen minutes.
• Direct bank wire transfer: typically fifteen to sixty minutes during business hours.

All processing times are indicative estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to banking partner processing windows, KYC verification requirements, or technical circumstances beyond the Company's control.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where possible.
• Outstanding Wagering Requirements on any active Bonus must be satisfied in full before withdrawal of any associated funds is permitted.
• The Company may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• The Company reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud or policy violations.

slotwin24 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions published at the point of offer, which form part of this Agreement. Where individual promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the individual promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that specific promotion only.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to the Account at the sole discretion of the Company and may be modified, withdrawn or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Games may contribute different percentages toward Wagering Requirements as specified in individual promotional terms (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute a lower percentage).
• The Company reserves the right to void any Bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a Member has attempted to exploit, manipulate or abuse any promotional offer.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New Members are eligible to claim a welcome bonus upon making their first qualifying deposit, subject to the welcome bonus terms in effect at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available in multiple variants — including the 288% Magnificent Bonus, 100% Standard Bonus, 188% Esports Bonus and 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus — each with distinct Wagering Requirements and eligible game categories as set out on the Platform.

7.3 Birthday and Referral Bonuses

Members enrolled in the slotwin24 VIP Programme are eligible for birthday bonuses credited during the week of their registered date of birth. Referral bonuses are payable upon successful completion of the referral programme conditions. The Company reserves the right to verify both the referring Member's and the referred Member's information before crediting referral bonuses.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works based on any content on the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party.
• Access the Platform by any means other than the interface provided by the Company.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software underlying the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information at any time.
• Using the Account of another individual.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to place wagers, navigate the Platform or extract data.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of games.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity through the Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Systematically exploiting bonuses, promotions or the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling conduct (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "arbitrage betting").
• Threatening, harassing or engaging in offensive conduct toward slotwin24 staff or other Members.

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, brand names, game assets, software, design elements and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the Platform are the exclusive property of slotwin24 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or licence rights in such intellectual property to you beyond the limited use licence described in Section 8.

You must not use the slotwin24 name, logo or any Platform content for any purpose — including but not limited to advertising, promotion or commercial gain — without the prior express written consent of the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slotwin24 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and integrity, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party failures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal or otherwise illegal purposes.
• The Member has provided false or misleading information.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Members.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.

Upon termination for cause, the Company may forfeit any Bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money Account Balances will be returned to the Member via the registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any amounts owed to the Company.

Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the live chat support team. Upon voluntary closure, the remaining real-money Account Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, the Company will provide reasonable notice to Members via the Platform or by email to the registered Account address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the effective date of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts or arbitration bodies as designated by the Company for resolution of any disputes.

Nothing in this clause limits the Company's right to seek urgent or interim relief in any jurisdiction it considers appropriate to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.
